Deliveries

Upon receipt, we prepare your order within 24 to 48 business hours. Once your package has been shipped, it will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 days in Belgium. 

If you are absent at the indicated address on the day of delivery, you will be notified by a delivery notice informing you of the steps to follow to arrange a new delivery or to collect your package at the post office.

You can track your package in your customer area as soon as your order is handed over to the postal service. An email will also be sent to the email address provided with a link and tracking number that will allow you to track your package step by step.

Items ordered through this online store are delivered  by bpost, DPD or Mondial Relay throughout Europe.

Shipping fees are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. Shipping fees are visible just before order confirmation.
For international orders, product prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees. Customs fees must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

Subject to availability, we will strive to deliver the products as indicated on the order confirmation within 15 business days from the date of order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances.

We kindly ask you to contact us at our address contact@studiomatonge.com or via our online return request form available in your customer area by explaining exactly the reason for your claim. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order by submitting a request via the online return request form available in your customer area.
The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their tags attached.

Exclusion: the Customer has no right of withdrawal regarding products made to order or that are personalized.

Simply fill out the online return request form available in  your customer area, listing each product you wish to return as well as the reason for the return.
After review by our team, if your request is accepted, you simply need to send back the item(s) to us, in its or their original packaging.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless the error is on our part (valid only for Belgium).
For countries outside Belgium, we do not cover return shipping under any circumstances.

If you are returning one or more items with a total value exceeding €75.00, we recommend choosing a tracked or registered shipping service. We do not guarantee the proper receipt of items you return to us. 

For product exchanges, the timeframe varies depending on your place of residence. 

Items purchased or collected in store can be exchanged within 5 business days.

Only non-sale items are refundable. 

Your request will be processed once your package has been received. After a quality check of the returned item, you will receive your refund directly to your bank account or your PayPal account, depending on the payment method used when placing your order.

Returned items that are stained and/or damaged not due to our fault will not be refunded.
