Deliveries

Upon receipt, we prepare your order within 24 to 48 hours on working days. Once your package has been shipped, it will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 days in Belgium.

If you are not at the address indicated on the day of delivery, you will be notified by a delivery notice indicating the procedure to follow to arrange a new delivery or collection from the post office.

You can track your package in your customer area as soon as your order is delivered to the post office. An email will also be sent to the email address provided with a link and tracking number that will allow you to track your package step by step.

Items ordered through this online store are delivered by bpost, DPD or Mondial Relay throughout Europe.

Shipping costs are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. Shipping costs are visible just before order confirmation.
For international orders, product prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees. Customs fees must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

Subject to availability, we will endeavour to deliver the products as indicated on the order confirmation within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you received your order by submitting a request to us via the online return request form available in your customer area .
The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels.

Exclusion: The Customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products made to order or which are personalized.

Simply fill out the online return request form available in your customer area , listing each product you wish to return as well as the reason for return.
After analysis by our services, if your request is accepted, you simply need to return the item(s) to us, in their original packaging(s).
Return costs remain your responsibility unless there is an error on our part (valid only for Belgium).
For countries outside Belgium, we do not support returns under any circumstances.

If you are returning one or more items with a total value exceeding €75.00, we recommend that you opt for a tracked or registered parcel service. We do not guarantee that you will receive the items you return.

For product exchanges, the time frame varies depending on your place of residence.

Items purchased or collected in store can be exchanged within 5 working days.

Only full sale items are refundable.

Your request will be processed once your package is received. After a quality check of the returned item, you will receive your refund directly to your bank account or PayPal account, depending on the payment method used when you placed your order.

Items returned stained and/or defective through no fault of our own will not be refunded.
