Shipping and Delivery

The items ordered through this online store are only delivered to the countries for which the website authorizes delivery.
Shipping of the products will be carried out, as far as possible, within the timeframes indicated in the individual order confirmation.

How do I track my order?

We will inform you by email as soon as your order has been shipped by our services.
Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email from the carrier confirming the tracking number and link.

What are my shipping fees?

Shipping fees are currently offered for all orders within the national territory (Belgium), as well as certain neighboring countries (France, Netherlands, Luxembourg). For shipments to other EU countries, shipping fees are offered for any order of at least €150 (including any discounts) and whose total weight does not exceed 10kg.
Studio Matongé reserves the right to unilaterally update and/or remove this promotional offer at any time.

Are customs fees at my expense?

To Europe (outside the EU), with the carrier DHL, customs fees are at your expense.
Outside Europe, with the carrier DHL, customs fees are at your expense.

Other information related to shipping and delivery

Any incorrect delivery address is the responsibility of the Buyer and may result in additional charges.

Unless otherwise stated, our displayed prices do not include the cost of transport and delivery of goods to the Buyer.
These fees, calculated according to the weight and/or dimensions of the package, are added to the order and are the responsibility of the customer.

The indicated shipping and delivery times are not binding but are given for information purposes only.Subject to availability, we will strive to deliver the products via bpost, DPD, or Mondial Relay as indicated on the order confirmation within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances. Studio Matongé reserves the unilateral right to modify the list of its partner carriers.

Possible reasons for delay:
- custom-made;
- specific product;
- unforeseen circumstances;
- delivery region.

No delay in delivery may give rise to cancellation of the purchase or to the payment of damages to the Buyer, except in the case of intentional delay.

We have the right to make partial deliveries.

In the event of non-delivery of goods, any amounts paid by the Buyer will be refunded without interest or any other form of compensation.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative defect of an item or any other delivery defect must be immediately reported by the customer to Studio Matongé.

In the case of a pre-order, if the pre-ordered item is ordered by the buyer at the same time as items available in stock, the estimated shipping date of the pre-order will serve as the shipping date for all items.
If the Buyer explicitly requests partial shipment of their order, additional fees corresponding to the costs of this partial shipment will be charged.

Retention of Title Clause

The delivered goods remain our property until the price has been fully and definitively paid, including fees and charges, late payment interest, and compensation. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take back the goods, by operation of law and at the Buyer's expense.
