Dispatch and delivery
Items ordered through this online store are delivered only to countries for which delivery is available on the website.
We will make every effort to dispatch products within the times stated in your individual order confirmation.
How can I track my order?
- We will email you as soon as we dispatch your order.
- Once the carrier has received your parcel, they will email you the tracking number and link.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free on orders of €50 or more, after any discounts, to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
For the other European Union countries we deliver to, and for Monaco, delivery is free on orders of €200 or more, after any discounts.
Below these thresholds, delivery charges depend on your destination and the weight and size of your parcel. The exact amount and available delivery options are shown before you confirm your order.
Studio Matongé reserves the right to change or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without prior agreement.
Delivery methods and charges by country
The rates below apply per order and vary according to the total parcel weight. Estimated delivery times within the European Union are usually 2–5 working days after dispatch, except during special periods. These times are indicative.

Do I have to pay customs charges?
Studio Matongé currently delivers only within the European Union and to Monaco. No customs duties apply to these destinations: prices include VAT and there are no additional charges to pay on delivery.
If ordering becomes available for a destination outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees will be payable by the buyer directly to the carrier.
Further information about dispatch and delivery
The buyer is responsible for any incorrect delivery address, which may result in additional charges.
Unless otherwise stated, our displayed prices do not include the cost of transporting and delivering goods to the buyer.
These charges are calculated according to the weight and/or dimensions of the parcel and added to the order. They are payable by the customer, subject to the free delivery thresholds set out above.
The stated dispatch and delivery times are not binding and are provided for guidance only. Subject to availability, we will endeavour to deliver the products via bpost, DPD or Mondial Relay, as indicated in the order confirmation, within 15 working days of the date of order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances. Studio Matongé reserves the right to change its list of partner carriers without prior agreement.
Possible reasons for delay:
- made-to-measure orders;
- specific products;
- unforeseen circumstances;
- delivery region.
A delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel the purchase or receive compensation, except where the delay is intentional.
We are entitled to make partial deliveries.
If the goods are not delivered, any amounts paid by the buyer will be refunded without interest or any other form of compensation.
The customer must immediately report any visible damage, quality defect or other delivery problem to Studio Matongé.
If a pre-order item is ordered together with items that are in stock, the estimated dispatch date for the pre-order applies to the entire order.
If the buyer expressly requests a partial dispatch of the order, additional charges covering the cost of that partial dispatch will be invoiced.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the price has been paid in full and finally settled, including all costs, charges, late-payment interest and compensation. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods as of right and at the buyer's expense.
