Contest Rules — Studio Matongé × La Monnaie

Article 1 — Organization

This contest is organized by NUWA SRL, whose registered office is located at Chemin du Vossegat 8, 1180 UCCLE -  BELGIUM (hereinafter "the Organizer"), operating the brand Studio Matongé. The game is free and with no purchase necessary.

Article 2 — Duration

The game takes place from 23/10/2025 to 09/11/2025 at 23:59 (Brussels time). Any participation outside this period will not be considered.

Article 3 — Conditions of participation

  • Game open to any adult residing in Europe.
  • Excluded from participation: members of the Studio Matongé team, service providers involved in the organization.
  • One (1) entry per person and per social network (Instagram and/or Facebook). Sharing in a story, if done, counts as a bonus (+1 chance) when it is visible to the Organizer.

Article 4 — Participation Terms

To participate on Instagram and/or Facebook, the participant must:

  1. Follow the @StudioMatonge;
    2. account
  2. Like the contest post;
  3. Mention in the comments the person who would accompany them to the VIP tour;
  4. Optional: share the post in your story (bonus +1 chance if visible).

Non-compliant, incomplete, fraudulent, or late entries will be void.

Article 5 — Winner Selection

A random draw will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 12:00 PM, from all valid entries collected during the contest period, using a random tool.
Winners will be contacted via private message (DM) on the social network used to participate and announced in the @StudioMatonge story on the same day.

Article 6 — Prizes

  • 4 prizes of 2 seats each for a VIP backstage tour of the Royal Theatre of La Monnaie , in Brussels.
  • Date and time of the visit: Sunday 16/11/2025 (duration ~1h30). The exact time and address of the visit will be communicated to the winners via private message. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Transport and accommodation not included.

The prizes cannot give rise to any dispute, financial compensation, exchange, or return. In case of impossibility on the day (for reasons beyond the Organizer's control), a reasonable solution will be considered without obligation to provide an equivalent result.

Article 7 — Prize Awarding & confirmation

Winners must confirm their attendance by replying via private message within 48h after notification.Failing this, the prize will be reassigned to an alternate drawn at random. The names/first names of the winning participants will be transmitted to the Theatre to allow access to the VIP visit.

Article 8 — Liability

The contest is neither organized nor sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, or the Royal Theatre of La Monnaie. The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of malfunction of social platforms, internet access, or any incident beyond its control.

Article 9 — Personal Data

The data collected (account ID, name, contact details provided by DM) are necessary for the management of the contest and the awarding of prizes. They are processed by the Organizer in accordance with the GDPR, kept for the strictly necessary duration, and are not transferred to third parties except for operational needs (e.g., transmission of names to the Theatre).You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, and transfer your data by writing to [contact email]. Article 10 — Acceptance & modifications

Participation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel the game in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. Any modification will be updated on this page.
