Studio Matongé supports the JP Mika Foundation
For its first collaboration, Studio Matongé is extremely proud to support the JP Mika Foundation.
10% of the profits made by Studio Matongé on the sale of the limited edition capsule JP Mika Bisengo Fashion T-shirts, produced in the Parisian workshops of Xuli-Bët, will be donated to the JP Mika Foundation.
Founded in 2021 by the renowned contemporary painter JP Mika, the Foundation aims to help orphans and widows in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he is originally from.
The JP Mika Foundation is involved in financing various social initiatives aimed at promoting the autonomy of the people it supports; whether it is education through funding school fees and training for the youngest, or support for the creation of micro-enterprises, the organization of micro-credit to enable widows and single women to sustainably provide for their families.
