From black and ecru to ochre and warm earthy tones, our bogolan cushion covers pair the texture of handwoven cotton with graphic patterns or plain colours. All are sold without a cushion pad.
Plain colours, triangles and hand-drawn patterns
The triangles of SEGOU, the lines of NZETE and the crosses and diamonds of KEUR bring rhythm to a sofa, bench or bed. Balance a patterned cover with a plain MSINGI design. Fringed styles such as WEX-NTUTU and LAFUDHI add a softer finish.
Which cushion cover size should you choose?
Depending on the design and colour, the collection includes 30 × 50 and 40 × 60 cm rectangular covers, as well as 45 × 45, 50 × 50 and 60 × 60 cm square covers. Check your cushion pad dimensions against those of your chosen cover; pads are sold separately.
Woven in Mali, sewn in Brussels
Bogolan is cotton spun, woven and dyed by hand in Mali. Depending on the design, patterns are drawn by hand or applied using stencils. The covers are sewn in our partner workshops in Brussels. Variations in the weave, colour and pattern are part of this handcraft.
PAN-DOTS and PAN-MSALABA combine a bogolan front with a linen and wool reverse. Each product page gives the full fabric composition.
