Choose from two versions: black dots on an ecru background, or ecru dots on black. The pattern on the DOTS cushion cover is stencilled by hand in Mali. The cover is made in Brussels from untreated cotton bogolan.
The contrast between black and ecru and the texture of the weave give depth to this simple pattern. On a sofa, armchair or bed, DOTS pairs easily with plain fabrics or other patterns.
Slight variations in shade, weave or the placement of the dots reflect the handwork and give each cover its own character.

Material
Bogolan in 100% untreated cotton, handwoven and hand-painted in the Ségou region of Mali.

Rectangular covers: 30 × 50 cm or 40 × 60 cm
Square covers: 50 × 50 cm or 60 × 60 cm (60 × 60 cm only on a black background; this size has been discontinued)
As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in size and shade may occur, reflecting its individual character.
Care
- Dry cleaning recommended. Alternatively, hand-wash in cold water or machine-wash on a short, delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
- Wash separately or with similar colours, as the natural dyes may bleed.
- Lay flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
- These fabrics develop a patina over time. A little colour loss with washing is natural.

Preparing your order
- Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days, except during special periods. We dispatch from Belgium, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We use environmentally responsible packaging: cardboard and kraft paper, keeping plastic to a minimum.
Delivery
- Delivery to Belgium and other EU countries usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, except during special periods.
- Free delivery on orders of €50 or more to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
- Free delivery on orders of €200 or more to our other EU destinations.
- Below these thresholds, charges depend on the destination and the weight and size of the parcel. The amount is shown before you confirm your order.
- For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT and there are no customs charges to pay.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return using the contact form or your customer account, followed by a further 14 days to send the items back.
- Returns from Belgium are free. For returns from our other delivery destinations, a flat fee of €8 is deducted from your refund.
- If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Studio Matongé covers the full return cost, regardless of your country.
- We always provide a return label, so you do not have to pay any return charges upfront.
