How long does it take to prepare your order?
Upon receipt, we prepare your order typically within 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 days in Belgium.
Not Present on the Day of Delivery?
In case of absence at the indicated address on the day of delivery, you will receive a notice informing you of the steps to follow to arrange a new delivery or a pickup at the post office.
Our online store ships items via bpost to locations across Europe and beyond.
Track Your Parcel
Access package tracking in your customer account once your order is submitted to the post office. You'll also receive an email containing a tracking link and number to monitor your parcel's progress step by step.
Delivery fees are adjusted and calculated based on your parcel's weight and size. They are visible right before order confirmation. Internationally, product prices are listed in euros with VAT included but customs fees excluded. Clients are responsible for settling customs charges with the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Duration
Provided items are available, we strive to ship products as stated on the order confirmation usually within 24 to 48 hours and up to 15 business days from the confirmation date, unless exceptional conditions arise.
Received a Non-compliant Product?
Please contact us through the "contact" form and explain the exact reason for your claim. Our customer service will respond promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Not satisfied with your order?
You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels.
Exclusion: The customer has no right to withdraw from the purchase of products made to order or personalized.
How to Make a Return?
Complete the form included in your parcel, noting each item you'd like to return. Return the form and the item(s) in their original packaging. You'll bear the return shipping costs, except when we're at fault (only applicable to Belgium). We don't cover return costs for countries other than Belgium.
When returning items totaling more than €75, we advise opting for a trackable parcel service or registered post. We can't assure the safe arrival of returned items.
Exchange processing times may vary based on your location.
In-store purchases or pickups are eligible for exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are available solely for non-sale items.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
We'll handle your request upon receiving your parcel. Following a quality inspection of the returned product, we'll issue a refund to your bank or PayPal account.
We won't refund returned items that are stained or damaged and not due to our error.
