CHOU is recognisable by its small volume and the ring attached at the side. Coins sit behind the zip, while the ring keeps your keys close. A matching leather pull opens the zip, and the side tab adds a touch of contrast.
Textured black, leopard print or shimmering brown: each version gives this pocket companion a different character. Choose it for days when you want to carry less, with a material that stands out. An Isabelle Varin design selected by Studio Matongé.

To care for the leather and its finish, avoid water, direct heat and repeated rubbing. Store your accessory away from damp and sunlight. Keep it away from alcohol-based hand sanitiser: Isabelle Varin notes that this can damage the leather. Before applying a cleaning product, seek advice suited to the chosen finish.

CHOU combines unlined leather, a gusseted base and a zip fastening. The leather pull makes the zip easy to grasp. At the side, a contrasting tab holds the ring for keeping keys and coin purse together.
Attach your everyday key to the side ring to find it alongside your coins. Black pairs with a colourful bag; leopard print brings contrast to plain canvas; shimmering brown adds a subtle reflection to warm tones.
Preparing your order
- Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days, except during special periods. We dispatch from Belgium, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We use environmentally responsible packaging: cardboard and kraft paper, keeping plastic to a minimum.
Delivery
- Delivery to Belgium and other EU countries usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, except during special periods.
- Free delivery on orders of €50 or more to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
- Free delivery on orders of €200 or more to our other EU destinations.
- Below these thresholds, charges depend on the destination and the weight and size of the parcel. The amount is shown before you confirm your order.
- For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT and there are no customs charges to pay.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return using the contact form or your customer account, followed by a further 14 days to send the items back.
- Returns from Belgium are free. For returns from our other delivery destinations, a flat fee of €8 is deducted from your refund.
- If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Studio Matongé covers the full return cost, regardless of your country.
- We always provide a return label, so you do not have to pay any return charges upfront.
