As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in size and colour may occur — a guarantee of its authenticity.

Care

Machine-wash at a maximum of 30°C with similar colours.
To preserve the colours, do not soak. A little colour bleeding is possible.

💡TIP :
- In summer, opt for a cold hot water bottle with very cold water filled halfway and a few ice cubes to provide maximum freshness when the temperature rises.
- We recommend not filling your hot water bottle completely.
Leave about 4 cm of air between the neck and the water.
We recommend using water heated to a maximum of 60°C to avoid the risk of burns.
After use, empty the hot water bottle and let it air dry.

Preparing your order

Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days, except during special periods. We dispatch from Belgium, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We use environmentally responsible packaging: cardboard and kraft paper, keeping plastic to a minimum.

Delivery

Delivery to Belgium and other EU countries usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, except during special periods.
Free delivery on orders of €50 or more to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Free delivery on orders of €200 or more to our other EU destinations.
Below these thresholds, charges depend on the destination and the weight and size of the parcel. The amount is shown before you confirm your order.
For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT and there are no customs charges to pay.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return using the contact form or your customer account, followed by a further 14 days to send the items back.
Returns from Belgium are free. For returns from our other delivery destinations, a flat fee of €8 is deducted from your refund.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Studio Matongé covers the full return cost, regardless of your country.
We always provide a return label, so you do not have to pay any return charges upfront.
