Each plush toy is hand-knitted in Kenya by the artisans of the Kenana Knitters, cooperative using GOTS-certified, organic cotton dyed without harmful substances. LEONTINE is CE certified and machine washable at 30°C.

- Average observed delivery times:
- Belgium & EU: 2 to 5 business days on average (excluding special periods).
- Outside EU : up to 3 additional business days.
- Free delivery: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
- Other EU destinations, variable fees depending on destination, weight, and volume.
