In the KUMASI collection, kokodunda becomes a landscape.
The KUMASI LAGUNE cushion cover reveals deep greens and earthy browns, created through artisanal dyeing in Burkina Faso. Irregular patterns and subtle shades reflect the handwork that makes each piece unique.
On the back, smooth hazelnut-coloured cotton velvet adds depth and contrast, with a matte, supple and warm feel.
Designed to give shape to a sofa or armchair, this rectangular 30 × 50 cm cover works in contemporary interiors as well as more textured, organic settings.

Kokodunda is an artisanal textile from Burkina Faso.
Each piece is tied, folded and dyed by hand using traditional resist-dyeing techniques and successive dye baths, creating unique organic patterns and colour combinations. Variations in pattern and colour intensity are an integral part of its individual character.

Preparing your order
- Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days, except during special periods. We dispatch from Belgium, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We use environmentally responsible packaging: cardboard and kraft paper, keeping plastic to a minimum.
Delivery
- Delivery to Belgium and other EU countries usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, except during special periods.
- Free delivery on orders of €50 or more to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
- Free delivery on orders of €200 or more to our other EU destinations.
- Below these thresholds, charges depend on the destination and the weight and size of the parcel. The amount is shown before you confirm your order.
- For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT and there are no customs charges to pay.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return using the contact form or your customer account, followed by a further 14 days to send the items back.
- Returns from Belgium are free. For returns from our other delivery destinations, a flat fee of €8 is deducted from your refund.
- If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Studio Matongé covers the full return cost, regardless of your country.
- We always provide a return label, so you do not have to pay any return charges upfront.
