Orange and black stripes, a bold look and long legs that are easy to hold: MILO is a tiger soft toy full of character, hand-knitted in Kenya from GOTS-certified organic cotton. This 30 cm long-legged companion has a multicoloured scarf knitted separately. Its contrasting patterns and generous shape bring a lively touch to a child’s room.
Each piece is knitted and sewn by hand in Kenya by the women of Kenana Knitters, a social enterprise based in Njoro. Depending on the colour, the cotton is left in its natural, undyed ecru shade or coloured with azo- and cadmium-free dyes.
Each piece is signed by the woman who knitted it. Small variations in colour or shape make every soft toy unique.

Keep a spare of your child’s favourite comforter to avoid tears and make it easier to alternate between washes.
Preparing your order
- Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days, except during special periods. We dispatch from Belgium, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We use environmentally responsible packaging: cardboard and kraft paper, keeping plastic to a minimum.
Delivery
- Delivery to Belgium and other EU countries usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, except during special periods.
- Free delivery on orders of €50 or more to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
- Free delivery on orders of €200 or more to our other EU destinations.
- Below these thresholds, charges depend on the destination and the weight and size of the parcel. The amount is shown before you confirm your order.
- For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT and there are no customs charges to pay.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return using the contact form or your customer account, followed by a further 14 days to send the items back.
- Returns from Belgium are free. For returns from our other delivery destinations, a flat fee of €8 is deducted from your refund.
- If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Studio Matongé covers the full return cost, regardless of your country.
- We always provide a return label, so you do not have to pay any return charges upfront.
