DUNDA IRIS combines a deep purple with a bright yellow in a vibrant and expressive harmony. Hand-dyed in Burkina Faso using the traditional kokodunda technique, it reveals contrasts, nuances, and irregularities that reflect the artisanal touch. Each tablecloth is a unique piece, impossible to reproduce.
Made from 100% cotton, it offers a supple and natural drape, ideal for enhancing an everyday table as well as a large festive gathering. Its luminous palette pairs just as well with vintage tableware as with contemporary lines in glass, ceramic, or raw wood.
IRIS is the most floral of the DUNDA range: joyful, poetic, and capable of instantly transforming the atmosphere of a room. To be combined with other kokodunda pieces or Studio Matongé artisanal textiles to create a rich and distinctive decor.

🎨 Kokodunda is a traditional technique where cotton is folded, knotted, and then dipped in several successive baths of pigments. The color reactions overlap and create organic patterns that are impossible to reproduce.
Each DUNDA tablecloth is carefully selected for the richness of its colours and the uniqueness of its design, reflecting a Burkinabe know-how passed down through generations.
