Bogolan 100% organic cotton woven and painted by hand in Mali in the region of Ségou

Care

- These living fabrics acquire a patina over time and over washing.
- Dry cleaning recommended.
- Hand or machine wash cold, short and delicate cycle possible.
- Wash alone or with similar colors.
- No soaking at the risk of bleeding the natural dyes.
- Dry flat in the open air. Do not tumble dry

The BAHARINI cushion cover by Studio Matongé is handmade in Belgium from pieces of organic cotton bogolans entirely spun, woven and decorated according to the traditional methods of Malian weavers from the Ségou region. Learn more.

With their deep blue and their patterns that are both ethnic and timeless, the BAHARINI cushion covers, alone or in combinations, easily find their place in all the rooms of the house, whatever the style of your interior.

Decoration tip:
- for an atmosphere full of shades of blue, you can combine BAHARINI with our MALI or BUUM models
- for a colorful atmosphere, opt for a mix and match with one of our wax cushions

Irregularities such as discolorations, pattern variations, design and paint stains, etc. are not faults, but testify to the unique character of our creations and of this thousand-year-old craftsmanship in constant renewal that we wish to promote.

Raw and refined, bogolan in all its forms

- The incomparable texture of hand-spun organic cotton.
- Our cotton is as close as possible to its natural state. Unbleached, rinsed with water and dyed using natural, vegetable or mineral pigments, it can still sometimes contain small fragments of cotton plane in its weaving.
