In pure Malian cotton, entirely spun, woven and dyed by hand, the bogolan of the LENGO plaid is spectacular: graphic, ethnic and very contemporary. A black and white as we like them.

Its noble, 100% natural material, combined in thin strips sewn in the pure tradition of West African artisanal weaving, is enhanced by traditional freehand designs.

The finishing of its edges in satin stitch elegantly underlines the artisanal origin of this unique piece.

Timeless, eminently easy to harmonize at home or to offer, Studio Matongé's LENGO plaid is a unique piece handmade in Belgium from 100% cotton bogolan fabrics woven by hand in Mali in the region of Ségou.

Raw and refined, bogolan in all its forms

- The incomparable texture of hand-spun organic cotton.
- Our cotton is as close as possible to its natural state. Unbleached, rinsed with water and dyed using natural, vegetable or mineral pigments, it can still sometimes contain small fragments of cotton plane in its weaving.
- Ethnic and timeless patterns loaded with symbols that tell a story
